Confessions of a Shopaholic
Based on the novel, "Confessions of a Shopaholic" by Sophie Kinsella, a fresh out of college socialite, Rebecca Bloomwood (played by actress, Isla Fisher) lands a job as a financial writer in the exciting city of New York, which turns out to be a "fashion candy store" that she just can't resist.  Oh by the way, she also falls in love with a millionare.
